tranquility and indulgence of a luxury Zanzibar escape with advanced diagnostics, personalised biological insights and cutting-edge biohacking therapies designed to optimise health, recovery and human Performance. Ahead of the retreat, House of Aurora × ENVI Paje hosted an exclusive preview event in Dubai, which I attended. From a rejuvenating back and neck massage, to my first hydrating IV theraphy, I was amazed at how much my body needed these treatments. ENVI Paje’s own wellness facilities bring advanced recovery technologies including
hyperbaric oxygen, red light therapy, PEMF, IV therapy and cold immersion into the residency, alongside Zanzibar-rooted wellness traditions drawing on local botanicals, medicinal plants and ingredients, bridging science-led recovery with the island’s natural healing heritage.
Taking place from 29 October to 2 November 2026, Edition one will welcome a select group of guests for four transformative nights on the shores of Paje Beach. Set against one of East Africa’s most extraordinary coastlines, the residency has been created for those who want to step away from the pressures of city life, while gaining a far deeper understanding of the science behind their health. This is not a surface-level wellness retreat built around temporary treatments and familiar wellbeing trends.
Every guest’s experience will begin before they arrive in Zanzibar, with bloodwork, diagnostics and a private consultation used to establish an individual health baseline. These insights will allow the team to look closely at each participant’s biology and create a journey shaped around what their body genuinely needs. Founded and led by longevity specialist and human performance expert Elie Abirached, the programme is built around his proprietary SDRT methodology: strain, defend, recover and thrive. Edition I will mark the first time the methodology has been delivered as a fully immersive live experience.
Once on the island, guests will move through a carefully curated programme incorporating biohacking therapies, functional movement, nervous-system regulation, recovery experiences and private consultations. The programme will help participants better understand how their bodies respond to stress, where they may need additional support and how they can improve their energy, resilience and overall performance. The experience will feel far removed from a clinic. Days will unfold within the beauty of
Paje Beach, combining meaningful health discovery with ocean views, restorative moments and the privacy and comfort of a high-end island stay.

The experience will not end when guests leave Zanzibar. Each participant will return home with a personalised SDRT lifestyle and performance protocol, supported by optional follow-ups at 30, 60 and 90 days.
